Rob Lee
Assistant
Rob graduated from Imperial College in 2002 with an MEng in Electrical & Electronic Engineering, with a thesis on the modification of frequency spectra of audible sound for hearing aids for sensorineural hearing loss. He then completed his PhD in Machine Consciousness in the Electrical and Electronic Engineering department at Imperial College. His thesis related to computer simulations of autonomy in robots controlled by virtual neural systems.
In 2009, Rob joined the profession and started his training to become a UK Chartered Patent Attorney and a European Patent Attorney. Rob’s experience includes technical analysis, invention mining, and prosecuting patent applications at the EPO and the UKIPO. He also has experience of High Court hearings.
Rob joined Kilburn & Strode in October 2011 as a technical assistant, and works in our IT, Electronics and Physics group.
