Ryan Pixton

Ryan obtained an honours degree in Modern Languages (French & German) from the University of Oxford. Before entering the profession in 2005 with another London firm of Trade Mark Attorneys, he gained six years' experience in marketing, managing high-profile campaigns for clients in the financial services, media and telecommunications industries. In 2009 he qualified as a United Kingdom and European Trade Mark Attorney and was awarded the Payne/Bennett Memorial Prize for achieving the highest mark in the finals search paper. He joined Kilburn & Strode the same year. Ryan handles a wide variety of trade mark matters, including clearance searches, the filing and prosecution of applications, oppositions and cancellation actions. He has particular experience of filing and managing worldwide applications via the Madrid Protocol. He has worked for clients ranging from start-ups to multinational corporations, in fields including telecommunications, food and drink, fashion and music.
