Emily Phillips

Emily graduated from Clare College, University of Cambridge in 2001 with a MSci Honours degree in Natural Sciences (Physics). Her final year project involved investigating the effects of high pressures on organic semiconductors.
Emily entered the profession in 2002 and joined Kilburn and Strode in 2006. She qualified as a European and UK Patent Attorney in 2007. She has experience in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in the UK, Europe and internationally. She has worked with clients ranging from individual inventors to universities to multinational corporations. She deals with a broad range of subject-matter in the fields of information technology, physics and electronics and has particular experience of telecommunications, medical devices, optoelectronic applications and control systems.
