Flora Cook
Assistant
Flora Cook graduated from the University of Edinburgh in 2008 with an LLB Honours degree. Her final year dissertation was a comparative analysis of the approaches taken by Anglophone and Civilian legal systems in respect of their provision and application of the moral rights of integrity and attribution in copyright. Flora has gained experience across several different legal fields through a number of placements, including an internship in Intellectual Property and Contracts at Rothamsted Research Ltd. Whilst studying for her Diploma in Legal Practice, also from the University of Edinburgh, she undertook research for an Advocate specialising in brain injury and medical negligence. Flora joined Kilburn & Strode in September 2010 and is currently working towards qualification as a Trade Mark Attorney.
