Sarah Lau (née Bramley)

Sarah graduated from Clare College, Cambridge in 2001 with a first class BA Honours degree in Natural Sciences (Zoology), specialising in molecular and cellular biology. Her finals project involved research into FGF signalling during development of the frog Xenopus laevis.
Sarah entered the profession in September 2001 and joined Kilburn and Strode in April 2007. She qualified as a European Patent Attorney in 2005 and as a UK Patent Attorney in 2007.
Sarah has experience in identifying inventions and advising on patent strategy, and in the drafting, filing and prosecution of patent applications in the UK, Europe and elsewhere. She has worked closely with various clients, from small biotech companies to large multinational corporations. Sarah deals with a broad range of subject matter in the field of biotechnology but particularly specialises in biological therapeutics, vaccines and drug formulations.
