Design & Copyright Team
Our design and copyright work for our clients covers all aspects of industrial and design copyright. We provide advice on the protection and policing of copyright and unregistered design rights (in both the UK and Europe). In connection with registered designs we file and prosecute applications for registration at both the UK Patent Office and OHIM (for Community Designs).
All partners and associates are qualified to represent clients in community design matters before OHIM and we welcome any inquiries you may have regarding possible Registered Community Design applications or advice on Registered Community Designs and Unregistered Community Designs, and their interaction with national laws of the Member States.
