Kilburn & Strode awarded UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year

The Managing Intellectual Property Global Awards Dinner was held in London on 24 June 2010. Kilburn & Strode was delighted to receive the MIP Global Award for UK Trade Mark Prosecution Firm of the Year 2010.
The MIP Awards recognise outstanding achievement in Intellectual Property Practice and are the culmination of six months of independent research and surveys of Intellectual Property practitioners worldwide.
Carrollanne Lindley, who heads the Trade Marks team, said "We are delighted to have won the MIP award which recognises the work of the firm in relation to its Trade Mark practice. We are grateful to our clients and professional peers who nominated us for the award."
In addition, Kilburn & Strode was recently placed in the top tier of UK patent firms by the MIP World IP Survey 2010. According to the survey, based on feedback from peers in industry and private practice, Kilburn & Strode is one of the top 6 UK patent firms for patent prosecution.
The MIP website states that the survey "is a qualitative ranking of the leading firms in each category and reveal which firms are rated by their peers for their strength of expertise and the depth of their ability to service clients". We are therefore pleased to have been recognised by our peers and we look to continue to offer this high level of service to our clients.
