London Patent Law Firm Claims European First 26/06/2003
The London patent law firm Kilburn & Strode has implemented novel IT systems allowing clients instant access to their patent, trade mark and design portfolios across the Internet. The firm has used the specialist Case Management Software InProma to offer a service which is unique among patent attorney firms in Europe. IT Partner Michael Maggs said “client response to the service has been fantastic. We have a large number of high tech clients, some of whom have many thousands of live cases that they need to keep tabs on. With this software, clients can keep up-to-date with the progress of all their patent and trade mark applications without having to ask us to produce time-consuming individual portfolio listings.
