Established in 1906 by B.E. Dunbar Kilburn — and joined in partnership soon after by Maurice Strode — Kilburn & Strode have been at the heart of London law ever since. Occupying modern, air-conditioned offices in the Holborn area, close to the London office of the British Patent Office, the Patents County Court and the Law Courts, and also to the British Library, we have resided in our current offices since 1998.

Kilburn & Strode is a leading, top-tier London partnership of European Patent Attorneys, Chartered Patent Attorneys and Trade Mark Attorneys, dealing with all aspects of Intellectual Property, including patents, trade marks, domain names, design, copyright, passing-off and confidential information. The acquisition, enforcement and licensing of worldwide IP rights on behalf of our clients forms a core part of our business. It is consistently rated in the top tier in all independent surveys and our qualified patent and trade mark attorneys and litigators are made up of seventeen partners, four associates and two consultants, each of whom specialise in dedicated fields of interest ranging from chemistry, through life sciences, engineering and IT & electronics.
